Before real estate, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, and that experience shaped the way I work with my clients today: with patience, organization, attention to detail, and a whole lot of listening. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, understanding your options, and making decisions without feeling pressured.

Y sí, ¡hablo español! Being able to serve our Hispanic community in our language is something I’m especially proud of. Buying, selling, or leasing a home can already feel overwhelming language shouldn’t make it harder.

¡Hola, soy Daniela!

Para mí, bienes raíces no se trata solamente de encontrar una casa, se trata de ayudarte a encontrar un lugar que vaya con la vida que estás construyendo. Como mamá de tres, entiendo lo importante que puede ser encontrar el hogar adecuado para tu familia, tus metas y tu futuro.

Antes de entrar al mundo de bienes raíces, obtuve mi licenciatura en Educación Infantil, y esa experiencia ha influido mucho en la manera en que trabajo con mis clientes: con paciencia, organización, atención a los detalles y, sobre todo, escuchando lo que realmente necesitan.

Mi meta es que te sientas cómodo haciendo preguntas, que entiendas tus opciones y que puedas tomar decisiones con confianza y sin sentirte presionado.

Como latina y agente bilingüe, para mí es muy especial poder servir a nuestra comunidad hispana en nuestro idioma. Comprar, vender o rentar una propiedad ya puede sentirse complicado, el idioma no debería hacerlo aún más difícil.

Ya sea que estés comprando tu primera casa, buscando más espacio para tu familia, vendiendo, rentando o simplemente tratando de entender cuál debería ser tu próximo paso, estoy aquí para guiarte durante el proceso.

Creo que bienes raíces debe sentirse personal, claro y emocionante, porque esto no es simplemente otra transacción. Es el comienzo de tu próximo capítulo.
